Hart Apartments in Clearfield

My experience at Hart Apartments has been excellent. What stands out most to me is the constant cleanliness and organization throughout the facilities. The gym is, without a doubt, the best part of the building; it’s very well-equipped, both in the weight and treadmill area and the cardio section with the bikes. Additionally, walking through the hallways is a pleasure, as they always smell amazing thanks to the air fresheners. It's an impeccable place to live.

Great apartment community. Very small and quiet. Very clean all the time. Even tho I couldn’t ever make the community gathering for coffee or donuts because of work, the gesture was very nice and wish I could have been there. The front office ladies are amazing and super nice and extremely helpful even if you call them 10 times in a row haha. I hate to have to leave I loved my studio apartment. Thank you everything Hart!

I happily lived at Hart for 2 years & only moved out because I moved out of state. This was the most quiet apt I have lived in. The building was well maintained and the leasing manager & staff were away quick to respond to questions or concerns plus they are just super nice, honest people who truly care about residents. I loved my bright and modern apt and felt like the rent was fair. I enjoyed having a garden spot in the raised beds & grew the biggest tomatoes ever! Elevator so nice getting up and down to 4th floor My tenancy was valued- which is very rare these days. Location perfect for getting to hiway or down the main streets north and south.

If you are new to UT and appartments I highly recommend this place! I toured this complex in April of this year because I was moving. Carlee and Audrey were the sweetest and had great customer service! The integrity of the structure was also the best I’ve seen for an apartment. I’ve been renting for 5 going on 6 years and I now know what to look for when it comes to the physicality’s. I had no complaints! Everything was spot on and seamless. The build of the building is very solid. Everything closes, opens and aligns in the apartment. If you know you know lol. I also really like that it’s just one bldg. Its a nice small community and it has covered parking. I did not end up moving in because SQFT was too small & my BAH did not cover the two BR. This place was too good to not leave a review

I had the apartment professionally cleaned. It was cleaner than when I moved in. Fixed all the holes in the walls. And paid rent on time every month. They charged me $50 for paint and they took my security deposit. Don’t expect to get your security deposit.
