The leasing agent was exceptionally confident, attentive, and truly a step above the rest. From the very first interaction, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing and genuinely cared about creating a great experience. The process was smooth, communication was on point, and I left feeling excited and completely confident in my decision. This is how leasing should be done.

Just moved in and the experience has been flawless. The front office staff is phenomenal and on top of things. The explained everything clearly and made sure all my needs were met prior to moving in. The facilities are nice, the grounds are kept nice and neat and there’s lots of community events for families. Definitely met my expectations.

Our experience here has been disappointing, especially with how management handled a recent payment system failure. Their autopay system went down right before rent was due, which caused multiple residents, including us, to receive three-day notices and nearly $200 in late fees, despite having autopay set up correctly. Instead of taking ownership of the issue, management sent an email essentially placing the responsibility on residents and saying “technology is unpredictable.” On top of that, they used this incident as our one-time late fee waiver, even though the mistake was entirely due to their system outage, not anything we did. I really like the way that the office treats us especially then there’s a problem . They are always working with us. The location of the place is pretty amazing and I will definitely recommend it. There is a pool here which is always working and the temperature of the pool is perfect. Maintenance usually gets back to us within 24 to 48 hours which is a big plus. They are very professional and you can tell they care about others and their job!!!
