Windmill Ranch Apartments

I would strongly discourage anyone from living at Windmill Ranch Apartments. During my time there, I experienced two major floods. The first required a complete drywall replacement, and after that, my entire apartment was covered in dust. I spent weeks cleaning just to get it livable again. Then, a second flood happened when a neighboring tenant put food down their drain, causing sewer water to fill my apartment. To top it off, after two years, they are now charging me my deposit and more to replace the carpet—even though it should be normal upkeep after a long tenancy. If your okay with firefighters/police at your apartments, fire alarms going off at all types of times , loud neighbors, floods, and your house constantly smelling like swewer move here. Overall, a very disappointing and fr
