Wanted to give a shoutout to Art and also Alec. Art in maintenance is amazing and always responds so quickly and does excellent work. He takes everything I submit seriously and as important. Alec has been so understanding, as there has been some issues in the transition from previous management. Very appreciative to have a kind office manager.

I just moved into this community and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From day one, every employee I’ve met has been kind, hardworking, and genuinely committed to making sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. A huge thank-you to Misty and Liam — they’ve both been amazing. Misty is extremely proactive, reaches out quickly, and always responds fast to any questions or concerns. Liam has also been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the move-in process. Their hard work truly shows and made everything so much easier. The property itself is spotless, well-kept, and has such a great vibe. It already feels like home. I’d absolutely recommend this community to all my friends — I’m really happy I chose to live here!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Art in Maintenance. We've had a few things submitted and each time he's super prompt and courteous. Does a great job communicating what he's doing and why. When we first interacted with him moving in, he immediately installed our Ring camera and insured we had trash cans (we didn't ask) he just made sure it was done. Stuff like that is why residents renew!

I lived here for 13 months and came across multiple issues with the management company throughout my time with them. - We had our fridge go out and tried getting a hold of the management team to come out. They didn't respond for four days and by that time I had already fixed the fridge myself. Thankfully our neighbor was nice enough to let us store food in his fridge - We had a water leak within a week of moving that they almost charged us for on the back end because they didn't keep any records of it - They overcharged me multiple times for insurance that I already had in place, and the payment process is not very smooth. - I have tried multiple times calling the office and emailing and numerous times I never got a response Whenever we moved out, we patched all the small holes that were

This complex has been nothing been awesome to live in. You feel like you have your own space and the entire leasing staff have been very friendly and helpful. Art, the point of contact for maintenance, has been very responsive and extremely helpful with any needs we have asked. Would recommend to this complex to anyone looking to move!
