Christine Place Apartments

’ve been living here for over a year and absolutely love it! The property is beautiful, clean, and so well kept — you can really tell the team cares about the community. Lisa, the property manager, is amazing! She’s always so kind, professional, and quick to take care of anything that comes up. If there’s ever an issue she takes care of it right away. Jack, the maintenance guy, is just as awesome — he’s quick, efficient, and always makes sure everything is fixed properly. It’s such a great feeling knowing that if something needs attention, it gets handled immediately and with care. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live. I truly love living here and couldn’t be happier with the management and how well everything is maintained. Highly recommend!

Ok, so I have lived in this apartment complex for a year, and this is my experience and review. Management: Lisa, who is the current property manager is one of the most astounding individuals you could ever have in this position! She is kind, friendly and understanding. I was recently on short-term disability due to a knee injury and it messed my finances up for the last two months. Lisa, was very understanding and accommodating due to my circumstances…although I was late with rent (still paid) as long as you keep in contact and communicate with her she will do her best to make sure your needs and the needs of the property are met. We’ve lived here for 6 months and have loved it. The layout of the two bedroom is probably the best I’ve lived in (for an apartment). It has tasteful upgrades like the flooring, bathrooms, wall color, and appliances. Lisa, the complex manager, is the sweetest and incredibly accommodating. Even though there’s a school across the street, if you start work at 8, the traffic is essentially non-existent. All-in-all, this place is the best for your money!

This was my first apartment, I did not know what to expect but Lisa Johnson was very nice and made me feel very much at home. The apartments are on the newer side (2018 I think) and were very good for the price I was getting at the time. Just know that parking is a challenge and the spots fill up fast... I was commuting during my time from Brighton to Denver and whenever I came at 6-6:30pm there was barely ever a spot (I lived in Building A) so most times you'll need to park away from your building. I've heard buildings in the back don't have this issue. I was disappointed that my apartment was not cleaned thoroughly before I moved in, they did mostly surface level (someone's old underwear left behind the dryer!), I made sure to notify Lisa about the cleaner's poor attention to detail and

I signed my lease yesterday& Lisa is absolutely amazing. She is sweet & kind&the process was quick& painless. My apartment is absolutely beautiful& the rent is very reasonable, especially since I am the first person to ever live in it. The best part about these apartments is there is a washer& dryer in every unit. No sharing or having to walk with my laundry. The apartments are very spacious & everything is new. Love it!!!
