The Bromley at Brighton Crossing

These apartments last year were so good when the old management was here. Now it’s a mess and I don’t recommend living here solely because of the management and how they don’t do ANYTHING. There’s dog poop all over the property and the maintenance team doesn’t ever clean up. When we have maintenance request and issues around the building they don’t attend to them. I live in building 1 and the doors to the building require a fob and the doors have been broken for 6-8 months. We found a homeless man passed out in the hallway and it stunk up the entire hallway. No one in the property management company answered. We had to call the police and I truly don’t even think that the management company is even going to do anything about the door situation even after the incident. My packages are const

I’ve really enjoyed living at Bromley. The community is well maintained and feels comfortable and safe. Nancy, the apartment manager, is amazing, professional, helpful, and quick to respond whenever you need something. Highly recommend renting here!

Unfortunately this place has really took a deep dive down. The whole property is over flowing in dog feces and smells like urine from people letting their dogs pee right outside the front doors. I’m in bldg.4 and it’s really ghetto now. The new management don’t take good care of the building. It needs a good cleaning and the stairs have so much nasty stuff on them and dog poop accidents and food/blood stains. It’s gross. I also noticed the front doors don’t lock and they have never locked properly since I’ve moved here a little over a year ago. We’re just waiting for our lease to end to leave. I’m sad that there are so many beautiful amenities but they hardly ever work or the pools are dirty and definitely don’t feel heated. The hot tub is usually out of service for one reason or another.

My son and I have been living here since August 2025 and we love it here! The individual apartments are wonderful and the landscaping is absolutely beautiful. The office staff is always so polite and helpful. Nancy and Jared have always answered all of my questions immediately and Izzy has been amazing! Anytime I go into the office, Izzy welcomes me with a huge smile on her face and she immediately helps me with whatever I need. I feel safe living here and having an office staff that listens and cares is so important.

This apartment complex is the most nicest I've ever been at. The staff is incredibly friendly and is so polite. The people who work Like the two receptionist Ms Izzy and Ms Nancy are so kind. The maintenance does such a great job,such as Ms Crystal ,Mr Angel and Mr Francisco. Mr Jared is very helpful to. The gym and coffee is nice to use to. Would recommend.
