BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR DATA Not sure why 7 years after applying my information was held onto and used to try to illicit business, if y'all are struggling to get tenants I'm sure there are a lot of reviews in here that could be read to figure out what could be done on your part to be a better property management group. The 3 stars was in place when I got to this page. I'm gonna assume y'all have been keeping our information this long to sell it, because why on earth do you think anyone would still be interested 7 YEARS later. I don't appreciate cold calling/texting on any level and genuinely wish the worst for this company from here on out.

Our experience with Winding Brook apartment complex was extremely disappointing. My wife stayed there for a year for a special project. Not only did she deal with a broken AC that was never properly fixed during the lease, but after moving out, management unfairly withheld a large portion of the security deposit. They charged us for cleaning and repairs for items that were not even present in the unit. I have time-stamped video evidence from my move-out day clearly showing the apartment was clean and those items simply did not exist. Management responds claiming they always deduct deposits correctly, but that was not my experience. If you value honest management and fair treatment, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Rented a place for over a year here. The property is a really old and dingy place. The units have old carpets, old cabinets, old everything. The property managers are really cheap and will try to charge you every chance they get for their old units falling apart. Steer clear of this place.

Nice location. Kind of hidden in a nice neighborhood. Tenants are friendly, lots of families. Office staff is responsive and helpful, but not bothersome. Maintenance staff seems capable and responds quickly to concerns. My apartment was clean and it seemed like the staff prepared it well for me to move in. Pricing is comparable to other places of similar quality. Ultimately chose Winding Brook for its location and cleanliness. It checked all my boxes.

If they are updating the place, that is great! When we lived there, we liked that it was close to all the stores, etc. In a quiet neighborhood, but our apt had an old furnace, kitchen, baths, windows and door that leaked when it rained. We had nice neighbors and the staff was nice.
