Affordable apartments, very outdated w/ regular old apartment issues. Maintenance was very responsive and nice. The AI answering system for the office is a pain and makes it difficult to contact an actual person. However once you do manage to contact them, they are very friendly and helpful. The moving out process was easy enough, but took several months to receive my deposit refund check due to weird mailing issues (although I had received other mail from them at the same forwarding address). Overall a good average option.

Been here just over a week. Not bad. Very outdated. Rusty reused bathroom accessories. Toilet cracked at base. The furnace hasn't been cleaned it looks like in a yr. Definitely a fire hazard. ANTS EVERYWHERE!!!!! Dishwasher doesn't work. Nice area and Management, BUT VERY OUTDATED for what your paying. Do your research. We moved in a rush and didn't get to see the place. Had we, idk if we would have moved in. Matthew is amazing and was very helpful. No one is ever in the office we we go there. Went there just now, at 1:23 on a Thursday and says they won't be back till after 3!!!!!! How do we get any help?!? Very disappointed.

it's been a nice apartment overall. My needs are addressed adequately. Management is very responsive.

It’s a beautiful door. Really adds to the brightness and cleanliness of my space. But my last door had a screen and a brace to keep the door from opening. And I cannot lock the door from the outside.

Been here for six months and have overall enjoyed it. Moved in during a hot August, and the AC never had a single problem. Now been through a brutally cold winter, and the heat never had a single problem. No pest issues, not even ants. Gas heat and seemingly infinite hot water. Don’t get a whole lot of noise from neighbors either above or to the side of us. Adequate parking. No deal breaking complaints at all! Minor issues like a dishwasher being broken for about a month and a half can be easily explained by the bureaucracy that comes from living in a property managed by a much larger company. Have to get everything approved before real fixes can happen sometimes. Not the fault of this property. Matt and Carmen are fantastic, and I’m glad to have lived here for the first half of the lea
