Park Place Apartments

I moved in 6 months ago. Pam and Marty, in the office, are top notch. Very helpful and super nice. I love my apartment except one thing. Even tho this is a non smoking complex, some still do it. I am an unfortunate tenant that has a couple moved in over top of me that smoke pot and my apt fills with the smell that nauseates me. The staff are very good about trying to find out who it is. BTW, I guess others have complained the same in this bldg. I have been told to call when I smell it but it seems to be gone by the time anyone can get here. Other than that, I plan to stay here unless this doesn't change. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I just got unlucky. Now with the positive. The apartment is really nice. The outside is so well lit after dark that I feel safe

Absolutely stunning apartments. Helped a friend move in and while the 1 bed she's in is a little small in parts, everything looks fairly new/renovated and smelled good. Lots of outdoor space, clean water, friendly community. I know she will do well here ♡

Exceptional place to stay, Good atmosphere, clean public spaces, great communication and excellent service.

We have lived here going on 4 years & have absolutely loved it. It’s always quiet & we are rarely disturbed by those around us. We love how clean and updated the apartments are and have love our time here. We couldn’t imagine living at any other apartment!

I have lived here for the past two months and it truly feels like home. The ladies in the front office are so helpful and very prompt when getting back to me about anything I need. Every time I have a maintenance issue, it is taken care of within a few hours. Parking is not an issue at all and my neighbors are lovely. The rent is beyond reasonable for how nice the space is. I plan to live here through college and until I’m ready to buy a home!
