A lovely place to live. It is very quiet. The community is very friendly. The manager is very friendly and helpful. Tiffany the maintenance lady is wonderful and very helpful to work with solving any problems in a timely manner. Tiffany and her helpers are the best. 5 stars go out to all of them them. I have felt at home every since I moved in. I do not have any desire to live anywhere else. I love living here.

I love living here at Trail View. It’s so quiet and the trees block 90% of traffic noise which is great. My experience with our Manager, Farrol, and Maintenance, Tiffany has been exceptional. I have worked construction on the road for forty-five years. I can honestly say this is the best place I have found to live. It's quite and peaceful, and you have your own driveway. The manager Ms. Clark is top notch, and Tiffany in maintenance always gets the job done. Less than two miles from stores and restaurants. If you're going to be spending time in Kokomo be sure to check this place out.

Way overpriced for what you get. Rent does not include water & wifi; you will be required to pay a flat fee regardless if you use it or not, but those charges are extra added to your rent. The paint is cheap and doesn't cover anything, gutters need cleaned constantly, plan on cleaning your siding and doors, there are wires coming out of the ground, nails coming out of the shudders, & plan on doing your own yard work & snow removal. The positives are great neighbors (until we all move because we can't afford it ), the current staff on the property, and quiet for the most part. They do have quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

It’s a quiet neighborhood not many people know about. Buildings are nice and new, downside is you may hear your neighbors occasionally next door but nothing too bad! Staff are nice and welcoming. Under new management so things are changing, plans sound nice.
