We lived in our unit for only 6 months and somehow, despite no damages besides a 1x1 INCH square of carpet being damaged, that necessitated over 1k in repairs. When we called to inquire about these obscene costs, we never got a response. They will find ways to keep your money. Most importantly, though, a few months before we moved out, the couple in the unit attached to ours suddenly left. Within a week, that unit was being demolished. When I asked the demo team what was up, they told me large portions of the house were rotted. I do not recommend using them as a rental property manager. They where fired because they refuse to answer the phone or return messages when a client is in need. They rented me a house and within two days the sewage backed up. They told me that they would change the locks when I moved in, they never did. The previous renters left a ton of trash, I told them to remove it because I don't want to be responsible for it, they never did. The final straw was about the 7th time of the sewage backing up and over flowing onto our bathroom floor. We tried contacting them for three day to get a plumber in to fix, They never answered the phone or returned any phone calls till I threaten to get lawyer and the city code inspector involved. They are total failure and should not be licensed in this busines

This is the worst agency ever! They took advantage that we moving from out of state. They said had we done a walk through we would have seen that the electrical didn't work at all and was not up to code???? The basement has a river flowing through it when it rains???? And the 3rd bathroom they advertised had zero water pressure???? Tell me how in the heck you'd see these things on a walk through????? Not nice people at all!!!! They also said they shampood all the carpets. I wasn't aware rug shampoo smells like stinky feet? They mowed the 1/2 acre property the house sits on so low that the deer come no more and to add insult to injury are trying to charge me $140 for a job we got quoted for $50.
