BILLY IS AMAZING!!!! Don't waste your time going to anyone else! We just closed on our house thanks to him!!! We started with another place in town, and it wasn't a good experience. Nothing was explained at all, felt like we were being forced into something that didn't work, and it was very stressful. Then we switched to Billy and he was able to get us approved for a higher amount, better interest rate & everything else was a smoother better process since we started with him. He told us important things we weren't told previously that could have messed up our loan had we continued. BILLY IS THE BEST!!! 10 out of 10 recommend! I can not say enough good things about Billy and his crew. I bought a house during covid and Billy was hands down the most pleasant aspect of the home buying adventure I had. I knew if I had a question Billy was always more than happy to help. If he didn’t have the answer right then, he got it for me. His laid back demeanor on the phone was actually therapeutic because buying a house is insanely stressful. My hope would be that everyone in the basin in need of a mortgage broker would give KRM a call. You will not be disappointed.
