I see your false response to this review. It's here for a reason. You're not sorry. Complete and total mismanagement for the last time. There were no safety issues as the tenant proved. They simply asked to remove the branches. You breached your own contract for the last time (it's happened before) as you didn't ask the owner (me) for any maintenance to be done or approved over $100. Yet it was done anyway to the price of $1600 and this was the result! (see picture) There were way more branches taken off that didn't need to because you didn't ask nor hire a professional or arborist. Now a once beautiful tree is butchered. I even sent the quote from a professional arborist as now the tree will have to be completely removed due to the damage! Still this company has failed to make it right. T

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not rent from Lester Realty unless you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and outright scammed. From the moment we moved in, the experience was a nightmare. The unit was filthy — grime, trash, and a disgusting carpet that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years. We had to deep clean the entire place ourselves just to make it livable. When we requested reimbursement for cleaning supplies and the time spent doing what they were supposed to do beforemove-in, they outright refused. They lost our rent check, then had the audacity to try to charge us a late fee. We had to fight to get that resolved — no apology, no accountability. Every time we tried to call the office, no one answered. When we went in person, we were met with nothing but rudeness and unprofe
