I highly recommend Winder Barrow Realty and in particular, broker Mike Foran. We live in Illinois and inherited a small piece of property with a mobile home in Winder. It was run down and not in the best of locations. We discovered that a squatter had taken up residence, so when we first contacted Mike it was to evict the squatters and then try to get the property sold. Because we are not from the area and knew no one there, I was quite literally Googling realtors and making phone calls to those in the area. I had contacted 3 other realtors, but after I explained our situation, none of them called us back. Mike, however, not only called back, but was more than willing to handle this job. They're rentals are over priced. Accused us of damaging the property and the stuff was like that when we moved in. We showed pictures and everything and they refused to give us our deposit back. ( 6 years ago)
