Tessa Barrow Crossing Townhomes

I want to express my gratitude to the entire Tessa Barrow Crossing team for making this community a safe and comfortable environment for me and my family. Kelly and Selma, thank you for always being attentive to all my requests—you were kind and professional from the very beginning. I’ve been living at Tessa Barrow Crossing for over 12 months, and it has been an incredible experience. I’ll remember each season fondly, and December was undoubtedly the best. Last summer was wonderful—the pool was safe, and the surroundings were clean, creating a truly family-friendly atmosphere. I 100% recommend this place; five stars just aren’t enough. I also want to add that the communication was exceptional, as the response from the ladies was always very quick and effective. Thank you, Kelly and Selma

Talonda gave me a wonderful tour of the townhomes. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout the process. The homes are in excellent condition, and I am very impressed with everything. Highly recommended!

Pros- secure, spacious units, modern and updated interiors, garages for every unit, lovely and quiet neighborhood, great response time for work orders, best prices for townhomes, ladies in the leasing office are pleasant. Talonda was funny and understanding when we took a tour. Cons- neighbors do not follow community rules, you have to maneuver between cars and trucks that should not be parked on the street, no welcome gift like I've had in prior apartments, unit not cleaned before move in, kids have to play in the street and people have to walk their dogs in the street due to cars blocking the sidewalk

I had my scheduled move in on 12-12. I arrived and the agent that begin helping me and forgive me but her name begins with a K (cant remember it) took issue that my lease wasn't signed. She made me pull up my email and show her my phone almost insinuating I was either lying or to ignorant to find it in my email. Nevertheless I showed her and she yes it's right here. I took a look and the email was from 2023 for a different complex. So the lease had to be sent to me and trying to fill it out on a phone is not easy. I asked if a computer could be set up for me to complete the lease and was told no. She wouldn't call me by my preferred LEGAL name as I asked and when I questioned it she got ill and stood up and said she wouldn't help me and didnt like my tone. I proceeded to my townhome( they

We have been in this community for a while. Living in this townhome community has been a genuinely great experience, and it’s honestly the best place I’ve ever lived. The staff are a huge part of that. Kelly, Selma, and Talonda always greet us by name and make us feel like real people, not just a unit number. They’re kind, professional, and easy to talk to whenever we need anything. Maintenance is also excellent! Sean is quick to respond, respectful in our home, and gets things handled the right way the first time. That kind of reliability gives a lot of peace of mind. The community itself is incredibly pet friendly, which we love. There are always happy dogs out and about, and it really adds to the warm, homey feel.
