Being a New Resident here has been such a pleasure. Shemeka was very helpful with the process. She didn’t leave any questions unanswered. She was very professional. She has really helped me to navigate through this process. I love the unit, everything seems to be working properly. I had some small maintenance needed and Shemeka made sure it was done efficiently.

I would like to say that being gone from Winder for 10 years, and moving here was such a blessing. Shamekia has been such a blessing to have as the property manager. Me and my kids love our place.

Shamika is God sent. She goes above and beyond for the community. She’s always very helpful and tries her best to work with you. She always does her job with love car and passion but also she has a heart for people. I would not want to move out or relocate, only because of her. She’s an Angel. We need more apartments managers like her. 10/10😊

Sandpiper Terrace is an excellent place to live! They’re affordable, the maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, the grounds are up-kept, and the property manager Shameka is an absolute pleasure to work with! 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend!

Since ya'll wanted to delete or hide my original Google review. I will have to use my other email. I want these 5 star review people to come back in a few months and add a response to their post. Cause yes, I would have to agree everything was great in the BEGINNING. Then everything slowly started getting bad. You put in a work order and if a part or something is need for your work order it magically disappears and get routed to a completely different unit. Or you have Maintenance coming to your apartment for work orders that YOU never submitted. You make any type of complaint an your complaint gets ignored or over looked not only by the so called property manager but by Winn Residential as well. You inform about noise complaints, and get told well come to the office and get me when it hap
