Windemere Villas 55PLUS Apartments

I moved into Windemere villas four months ago in October after researching apartments for a year before I moved from Ohio to Florida. I am absolutely in love with my apartment! It’s nice and roomy, The kitchen is beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious. And I love my back porch! The landscaping is beautiful and very well maintained as well as the building, John is right on top of anything we might need as far as maintenance. And Lanora In our office is always so kind helpful and friendly. This is such a wonderful place to live. I am so happy I chose it here. I’ve made some really nice friends and I couldn’t have made a better decision. And also, it’s close to restaurants and shopping, anything you might need. If you want a great place to live Windemere villas is it!

The staff has been responsive and kind. The community is beautiful and I feel totally safe living alone here.

I have been a resident here at Windermere Villas for almost 4 months now and absolutely love it. I just had some work done on my sink and refrigerator and the service was first rate. This is a great place to live. I highly recommend anyone who needs an apartment to look into Windemere Villas.

Always immaculate the office is efficient and courteous.Jojn ,our maintenance man is wonderful,friendly and is always helpful and very fast on maintenance issues .Had a very large beautiful tree out my back patio and they had to remove it.I wish they would replace it with something beautiful. It looks bare and empty with not much privacy.

A quaint 60 unit 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. It is so clean and neat. The location can't be beat. God's blessings to you and Merry CHRISTmas.
