Selena and Walker helped make my move-in process smooth and successful! Even with a few curveballs along the way, they accommodated me in every way they could ❤️ Looking forward to this new journey with my little ones.

This is my first apartment and since I moved I haven’t had no problems with them fixing anything . Communication is awesome ! Very understanding

Update! Still such a great place to live, it’s been a little less than a year, and anytime I put in a maintenance request it is promptly fixed and addressed. I personally see the property manager every so often when pest control comes by, so I can voice any concerns (usually nothing though). Thank you Rhoads for providing a good experience so far. So far so good! My Family has been living here for about 6 weeks now and we really enjoy it. Our part of the neighborhood is very quiet. Our Property Manager Selina is very quick to respond, and when we had a concern she personally came out and looked at it. We have also requested maintenance and that has been promptly taken care of and fixed. One area that I would love to see improvement is the pot hole by the oak tree when you first drive in.

So far so good. Move in was a breeze. Had maintenance look at a couple things - fixed immediately.

Very nice got my first apartment ever with them now this is my 2nd apartment & it’s very quiet I love how sweet & nice all my new neighbors & people around me are !! Had Ms.selina with both apartments she responds very quickly check or text on the community about 2-3 times a week and do very well at her job.
