My husband and I moved to Florida from California in March, 2026. When we started our search for a new home we reached out to 3 different realtors we saw on “YouTube”. Of the 3, one contacted us over a week later, another 3 days later and “Christina” from “Florida Plus Realty” within 5 minutes. Christina was with a client and referred us to her partner Lila Smythe who called a few minutes later. From the very beginning Lila was very attentive to our needs. She asked us for details of what we were looking for and the price point. We knew we wanted a home in the 55+ community of “Solivita” in Poinciana, Florida and that’s all we were shown.
