Wind Chase Apartments

I chose this property based off reviews, sqft of the 2bd 2ba cottage & photos online. I took a leap of faith because I was in dire need of a bigger & well-maintained home. I’ve only lived here shortly, so only time will tell, but so far, I am extremely pleased with the overall property. Cheri is very personable and made the process of moving very easy. Jose, the maintenance guy is friendly and helpful. The property is clean and quiet and my unit is very spacious. It’s peaceful and really feels like home.

Manager Cheri Abrams is great. She was so wonderful I followed her here from the last complex at The Trees at Madison. Community is quiet and well maintained even with the renovations coming to an end! I enjoy living here and would recommend this beautiful complex to anyone looking.

I was driving down the street and saw Wind Chase Apartments. I had stopped by a few apartments earlier and was having no luck catching any one in the office. But just my luck the Manager Cheri was in. I took a tour of the 1bedroom and it was beautiful and clean. She was helpful and very kind. Would recommend checking out this place.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Just moved into Wind Chase Apartments and I love it! The unit is clean and super comfortable. The staff made the move-in process easy and had great communication , and the amenities—like the gym and pool —are a great bonus. Quiet community, great location. Highly recommend! l

UPDATE: We have new management and owners. I will not lie I was a little worried when I heard but Cheri has been nothing but kind, easy to talk to, super responsive and very understanding. And David is very quick with any maintenance needs and repairs. Cheri and David both make an amazing team. **Current resident. Lived here almost 2 years and I love it. Quiet, clean, the manager is very sweet and responds quickly. I don’t plan on leaving unless i grow out of my apartment.
