I’ve been here for over two months and overall I’m pleased. I feel safe and the residents are all polite and quiet. This is a great complex if you have dogs. There are sidewalks and poop bag stations throughout the community. The grounds are well kept with plenty of shade trees. Waking the entire loop is about a mile so it’s great for getting exercise. The pool is well maintained and there is a tennis/pickleball/basketball court. Most units do not have a washer and dryer although there are laundry centers in the community. I’ve found the machines to be older and not working so great (especially the dryers) so I take my clothes to a laundry mat that will wash, dry and fold them and honestly it’s not that much more expensive than the machines at the complex. We lived there for two years. The apartment community is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff and maintenance department are proactive. It has a beautiful view around the community. I truly appreciate their services.

Edit to 1 Star: Screenshots included of communication with management after leaving the initial review. I spoke to multiple neighbors who confirmed no notice was sent when the machine went down. Communication here is extremely poor. Last year we were notified prior to power washing to remove any items from our patios. This year no communication and one of my vegetable plants is destroyed. Included screenshots of last year’s communication and the lack of any this year. Original Review: The machine to reload the laundry cards via card has been broken for over a month now. Winchester says it is not their responsibility and has no timeline on when it will be fixed. They also gave no notice that it was down via email so I only realized in between cycles when of course I didn’t have cash on

Review: A 1972 Time Capsule—With "Luxury" Prices & "Turkey Baster" Maintenance ​If you enjoy paying 2026 prices for a 1972 time capsule, this is the place for you. I was a model tenant who paid on the 1st every month (plus extra "convenience" fees—you’re welcome!), but "good faith" is a foreign concept in this leasing office. ​The $1,279 "Notice" Comedy: I gave a 66-day notice, exceeding the lease. Yet, Cushman & Wakefield management tried to shake me down for a $1,279 "Settlement Fee" because I didn't sign their special internal paperwork. It took me "red-inking" their own forms and showing them my saved emails for them to realize that a lease is actually a legal contract, not a suggestion. We were never instructed how we’d receive our deposit refunded. They took our 500 dollar deposit. And didn’t let us know until a week later we would not receive our deposit back via the same way we paid which was debit. We recorded our conversation with her, she never let us know it’d take 2-3 weeks to receive our deposit back via check. They’re extremely rude when we try to communicate with them the significance of receiving our deposit back. She was very rude with my fiance during the review of our application. Please ask them questions before doing anything as they leave information out that can affect you financially.
