Captain Willett

I have lived in Captain Willett since 2014 and LOVE IT! The team is amazing! They are extremely responsive to calls made for maintenance or anything else. I love the small touches - leaving a bag of goodies for the holidays, the COVID newsletter, etc. The apartment complex is safe, no bugs, no mice, roaches, etc. It is quiet! They take pride in keeping the property clean and the landscaping is also taken care of. LOVE IT!!!!

The upkeep of the buildings, both exterior and interior, is AWESOME! Right now they are installing all new windows. I love living here. It will make 10 years in August.

Ok my updated review our first holiday season living here was wonderful to management leaving everyone a holiday present at there door to no deliveries walking away I have to say living here is amazing very secure and clean and quite I truly hope to live her for a while ( rent pending ) I see no other reason to leave management is very understanding especially with me dieing from stage three non alcoholic liver failure had to reschedule or cancel some things with no problem from them if you need anything it takes one phone call and it's fixed very well run place again a pleasure to live here 5+ stars from me
