UPDATE: We moved out, thank goodness! What a disaster of a place. The building is so cheaply built. Expect mold, water damage, tiles cracking, paint chipping, windows breaking, and nails in the carpet. Along with all that, expect rude and unprofessional office staff who refuse to answer emails or provide correct and legal information. Also expect lies, gaslighting, and even the cops being called on tenants because the office staff locked herself in the office when a tenant simply had a question that was never answered. Do not expect to be able to use the shared facilities the way you want to, and expect management to change the rules on a whim. I was selling my house and looking for affordable, safe, clean, stylish accommodation with some amenities. I found it in Christine apartments. The buildings, grounds and roads are well maintained, even in 24" snow piles! To a person, the staff are very kind, supportive and responsive. They have a workout room, pool, pickleball and tennis courts. Spaces for outdoor grilling and a trail around the grounds for a quick morning or evening walk. Dylan, Tina, and Anne (and other staff) put together a lovely holiday gathering with food catered from the Fall River Grill! My partner and I have been living at the Christine Apartments for a few months now and we cannot complain. This is our first move so we do not expect much from others that move frequently. Pro: The maintenance team deserve an extortionary amount of generosity when it come to the work that they do. They seem like a fairly small but mighty team. Every time we need them for minor inconvenience they are always sure to get it resolved or get contacted with us as soon as possible. Amenities' are fine. They are there and we appreciate them. They do what they are supposed to do. Gym works well, they fix minor issues that need to be resolved. Tennis courts are fun, and pickle ball. I took a scheduled tour here and wished I'd read more reviews before doing so. It was bad experience. I requested a self-guided tour, but was told I'd be accompanied anyway, which would have been okay if the person guiding me was not acting erratically and eventually had a paranoid outburst. Whatever is going on at this complex I just wish it hadn't been taken out on me and some professional tact had been shown. The person made no effort to be empathetic or present, they only cared about how they felt and had no problem dumping their troubles onto a visitor. My experience at The Christine Apartments has been nothing but amazing. Tracey and Kaleigh will always go above and beyond to help residents. Exceptional response time to any questions/concerns. The Maintenance Team is great. It's a quiet and comfortable place to live. Looking forward to seeing how the construction will turn out!
