Good office staff very understanding and responsive to questions. Maintenance works on whats wrong easy to talk to. Will go the extra mile. Pest control comes every month to stay on top of pests keep them gone. Thanks

Didn’t tell me they had roaches, nothin was clean the bathroom was nasty the fridge had roaches and dirt in it when I first moved in and they wanted more than 600 deposit for nothing to be done.They will get upset when you ask for it to be cleaned or ask for any kind of maintenance DONT MOVE HERE! There’s is plenty more I could say but ima let these pictures speak

I visit my mother regularly who has lived there for 1.5 years. She is on dialysis, cancer survivor, mother of 4 and a heart of gold. She has had the same dog for over 9 years and had the dog since I lived at home. She was originally my dog and I named her- she is a chihuahua (which primarily all bark and have temper issues, but not aggressive). Apparently, with no written warning or witnesses, they are choosing to A.) evict her or B.) Have her remove her animal after the 4.5LB chihuahua nipped a staff members finger. Now- this staff member was “courteously,” delivering a package left at an apartment by mistake. States, the animal charged out the door and bit her… Not just once, but now two total people from the office. The animal stays inside and the tenant was not provided any documentat

My mom has an apartment in the senior's section. The apartment surprisingly roomy and comfortable. The maintenance however seems really lazy. They won't deal with her ant problem and they wait until the grass is pretty high before they mow.

Real bad roaches situation... Management and maintenance try to unjustifiably blame new tenants for old plumbing problems.
