Alma Larkin was the buyers realtor in my home sale. She asked if her buyers could move in early because they had given notice to their landlord and would have to move out early. So I agreed to, but the agreement was they would pay 750.00 up front. Once again she talked me into letting them pay for the first 7 days up front but the rest of the money on the day of closing. We closed on the 10th, and they paid nothing. It’s now the 21st and it’s obvious she thinks she can screw me out of 300.00. That will not happen, because my attorney will be in contact with her and we will sue her and the buyer if we have to. Whatever lengths it takes. I would not recommend her at all!!

Ella Carter handled our purchase and we are so happy with the service she provided. We moved from out of state and she was such a blessing. She was always available to answer any questions we had. In my opinion, she is the best of the best!!!
