We used Musselman Abstract to close on the purchase of an investment property and again when we sold the property. Kindra Perez was professional, quick to respond, informative and so warm and kind. You're greeted with a smile when you walk in the doors. It was a very pleasant experience.

The employee I dealt with was unfriendly and not professional. When she called me back it was very tacky. I felt as if I were in the military or prison. She stepped out and called me by my last name only. The company charged me for legal fees that were uncalled for in the amount of 3100.00. I would not recommend them to anyone, because I think they are crooked.
