Apartment Management Consultants Is the worst management company I’ve ever had to deal it. I didn’t live at this location but this is where their main office is. The manager, employees and regional manager have horrible communication. I moved out in September and to this date I have no received my deposit back. I didn’t receive any documentation as to why they were keeping my deposit until December after asking for months. That’s the last I heard from them. I moved out because they never even bothered to provide me with a renewal notice and they never answered the phone or had answers in person. They just blamed their system. They had 3 new managers within a small timeframe and all 3 were terrible. I asked for a move out inspection walkthrough which the manager said they don’t do. I now h

I’ll like to mention Felipe the maintenance supervisor that is doing a really hard and excellent work is so communicative and gentle , he help me whit and emergency’s I’m happy to have this management here

Yeaa I wouldn't call this place home. The property looks very run down, trashy, and ghetto... I had a tour scheduled for 5:00pm and they didn't let me know until 20 minutes after my scheduled appt time that today was not going to work. That's very unprofessional, tells me alot about their work ethic. Since nobody informed me that today wouldn't work I still came, left work early just to make it to our appt and the doors were locked with a sign on the door that said "Meeting in progress, Closed" . I decided to walk the property myself just to see if this was something I was really interested in and I'm glad everything worked out like it did. I took pictures and saw how unpleasant the property ACTUALLY looks compared to the pictures online.

The washing machine broke and there was water everywhere. Called the "emergency number" only to find out that number was no good anymore. I had to hunt for a new number. Meanwhile, there is water all over the place. I finally got a hold of someone and they sent a person to clear up the water. They took so long that we did it ourselves. By the time the person showed up, the floor was dried. They were surprised that we did it! So now they left equipment to help "dry" the floor and it will take two days. Who are these clowns anyway? I hope they are not charging you for services NOT rendered.

Me and my boyfriend talked to this wonderful lady named April she was so helpful during our time there for our tour and I would definitely recommend asking for her she was super nice and generous we are teen parents and she definitely helped us figure out what to look for ; we didn’t really like the apartments.
