Willow Creek Apartments - A New Beginning I've lived at Willow Creek for a while now, and I can honestly say that the change in management last year has been a breath of fresh air. The complex, which is set in a beautiful location, had unfortunately been heading in the wrong direction for some time, with the previous management team and overall atmosphere struggling. But with the arrival of the new Property Manager Christine who I've talked with many times and the Regional Manager who I actually dealt with in court, things have truly started to turn around. They are very hands-on, actually showing up regularly and making sure concerns get addressed. They keep things running smoothly, and truly listen to us residents.
