Hartford 21

From the moment my wife and shopped for an apartment, Lyndsey (our leasing agent) and her staff colleagues have made us feel truly 'at home.' From the leasing to the maintenance professionals; from the day-time staff to the nighttime concierge folks on duty, they have gone out of their way to help with overseeing things, help with large deliveries, and being a friendly presence for us when we interact with them. The location is excellent, and the views of the surrounding city and countryside are very comforting. If you like city living, this is definitely a place to consider. I've lived at Hartford 21 for almost 10 years, and although Hartford has changed alot in that time, primarily due to the pandemic, H21 continues to a good place to live. The staff is always efficient, responsive and polite. We've enjoyed being here, and give alot of credit to the office staff, especially Chris Hull, for staying on top of things, and being incredibly responsive to all of our needs. Chris has been our "go to" guy the entire time, and he is always pleasant, supportive and reliable.

Just moved to Hartford 21 and so far it has been one of the best experiences I have had moving. everything has been extremely seemless. Stephanie and the entire staff have been amazing. Quick replys to communication, handling any issues or maintanence request in timely fashion. Resident parking is not shared which is a huge plus. And I think I overheard them say something about building a pool on the roof. Just Kidding wishful thinking though. But this place is great. I'm happy I chose Hartford 21 and will likely be here for a while.

Moving to Hartford 21 straight from the Midwest, I had no idea what to expect, but I can honestly say this place has quickly become home. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown — so everything I need is within walking distance, from coffee shops to Bushnell Park to good takeout when I’m feeling lazy. The amenities here are exactly what I was hoping for. The gym is solid, there’s a nice common area for working or unwinding, and I always feel safe and looked-after by the staff. My apartment itself is modern and quiet, and the views of the city never get old. It’s tough to move across the country, but Hartford 21 made that transition way easier. I love living at Hartford 21! The staff is great. Stephanie in the leasing office is always super helpful and friendly. The entire concierge team is also helpful and goes above and beyond. The building is in a great location right near restaurants, bars and other downtown attractions plus close to all major highways. The building is nice and quiet.
