I lived here for about 6 months and had a great experience. Everyone in the front lobby was very welcoming, Sade in leasing was incredibly helpful with both move in and move out. The fire alarm goes off sometimes but if that doesn't bother you then it shouldn't be a big deal. Apartments are clean, spacious (even for a studio), have great natural lighting and great views. I never felt unsafe as a young woman living there and the building is very secure. Maintenence was also very quick and helpful when I needed them. Would 100% reccommend living here and would again if the opportunity arose in the future.

Today I toured 777 Main for a client. It is a beautiful building with jaw dropping views and multiple amenities. Chris at the front desk was very friendly and presented a nice welcome to guests and prospective residents alike. Sade in leasing delivered a comprehensive tour that highlighted all that the building offers. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the tour wonderful. Finally, Stacey the Property Manager was engaging and her knowledge and excitement about the property was infectious. I look forward to working with them moving forward.

My wife and I lived here for 2 years, from 2021 to 2023, and we had a great time living here. Room: We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The room was very clean and had very little wear and tear. The view was gorgeous, with the old capital building & Connecticut River on the east side and Pratt St. market on the north side. Staff: Fantastic staff. Management is friendly and responsive. Concierge is always very helpful. Cleaning is done thoroughly throughout the building. Maintenance/repair staff always came either on the same day or next day when we requested service (no major issues with hardware - we just had some minor leaking from the kitchen faucet and shower). Moving out went smoothly as well, and we got our deposit money back. Amenities: 24/7 concierge and Amazon locker make it easy

Lived here for 3 years and loved it! Felt very safe, maintenance always responded quickly with any issues and management was always a call or email away.

I moved in to this building 12/28/23. I love living here. My apartment has the most amazing views, my neighbors are quiet, the concierge (Will) is super nice, the building is safe and the amenities are good. I wish they had a 1 bedroom open when I moved or they gave me the option to move into 1 when it became available but that's my luck with timing. The parking garage is full if you get in after 6pm and most likely have to park on the roof which is not covered. Overall, I would recommend the property. They do a nice job.
