The service with management is always exceeding expectations! I submitted a work order early morning and within hrs Leeroy from property maintenance was at my door! Thank you! Always reassurance and close loop communication! Just renewed my lease for another year! I love my apartment, love the neighborhood, convenient to hop on the train for travel, park, restaurants, bars, riverfront close by! Def beautiful place to live and connect with yourself all over again!

I live at Columbus Commons in New Britain, Connecticut and I called my emergency maintenance line due to a leak coming from my air conditioning that had soaked through my storage closet Ceiling tile; that had fell down and the wonderfully polite and patient Mr. Leroy came and fix the leak due to the time of an evening, which was late about 1030pm. He couldn’t replace the ceiling tiles due to the fact that he didn’t have the materials on hand, due to the time of the call but he was awesome. He came right over identify the problem, fix the leak, and cleaned up, And disposed of the damaged ceiling tile. Mr. Leroy is truly a hidden gem when it comes to apartment building maintenance men. I recently moved into 179 Allyn and love my apt and location. It has a nice open concept that allows you to be creative with the space. The location is right by the train station so makes traveling very convenient. And the apt is conveniently located next to restaurants, bars, and the park. It Offers all the conveniences I need such as laundry on site, on site maintenance, trash chutes, elevators, etc.
