GAS CHAMBERED MY CAT AND HOME! The management here is INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT. I always paid rent on time and never caused trouble. They were going to move me into a unit with a new tub, and then they fumbled the tub order. I was put into a unit with a tub that had an obvious patch, and this patch soon gave out. They put tape that was *not* waterproof over the hole. Despite communication, they wasted MONTHS not fixing it! ROACHES were coming up from the rotted wood, and I was standing in water every time I took a shower. When I reported the roaches, she placed an order a MONTH OUT to have a bug spray come. Then when they *did* finally call a contractor out for the tub, Denise "forgot" to call him on the day we agreed on service, when I could be home to supervise. I never met this man, an

for market price, these apartments are extremely cheaply put together. mold fills every crevice you will eventually uncover from the construction slowly falling apart. cabinets don’t fit together properly, the sharp end of nails jut out of the 2 shelved storage closets near the bottom, a danger for anyone’s less specially aware animals. there’s cracks in the floors where they meet the doors, meaning there’s always bugs coming out and into the apartments. no matter how many holes I plug, bug traps I put out, there’s always mosquitoes and roaches getting into my apartment. there’s also no built in coaxial cables and it has to be manually installed by your internet company, which is just a headache if you get Hargray. that said, the property manager Denise is very charismatic and appears to

Most attentive and respectful property manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Very polite and welcoming. Maintenance is on top of things. Work orders are handled professionally and concisely. Apartment was clean when we moved in and well taken care of. The convenience of the community laundry room is nice for those who rent studio apartments and don’t have washer/dryer hookups. Ms. Denise is so very accommodating and understanding of people and how life hits you hard and is willing to work with you within reason. She’s also extremely involved with the community of this place but also leaves people be should they desire a more private living situation. All in all, this place has so much to offer for all walks of life and I highly recommend it for a safe and cozy home.

I lived at Willow for half a year before a job transfer required me to move. There are so many great things about this property! The apartments are clean and well maintained. The location is incredible, with everything you could want within a few minute drive. What I will miss most about Willow, is the vibe. Its quiet, peaceful and neighbors are polite, caring and respectful. Its a safe area which is important when wanting to do the things we all enjoy like bike riding/walking, etc. Management's open door policy encourages communication which is imperative to a strong community! I really loved the tranquil spot Willow carved out in Camden and will miss it!

I've lived here for 5 years and I love how peaceful and safe this complex is. Everyone who lives here is polite and tends to keep to themselves. I also love the convenient location. The property manager is very kind and helpful. She always takes care of my requests in a timely manner. Their maintenance staff does a great job taking care of repairs.
