Don’t expect a quick response or refund if you end up putting in an application and don’t get approved. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since they told me I would be getting the $200 reservation fee refunded and I have yet to see it. On top of that it’s extremely difficult to get a response back from them even if you send multiple emails. Edit: After the property manager cathy reached out and explained the situation properly & thoroughly I am adjusting my review accordingly from 1 star to 4. I would recommend applying and or renting despite the issues I had.

Just renewed my lease for another year with Mod Villas. I have been pleased with the changes in the community including a better appearance in general and a very timely and efficient maintenance staff. My concerns and questions have always been handled in a professional and timely manner. I’m happy to call this neighborhood home.

I love this place it give such a home environment. The people in the office especially Kaitlyn I have to give a special shout out she has been nothing but helpful. The maintenance team are wonderful and quick when needing repairs. I just want to take the time out and say you all are amazing.

I have been a resident since 2011. My rent increased when the new owners took over, and I understand that this is upsetting. However, the ongoing improvements they are making are amazing. I would prefer to have an increase and the ability to call maintenance to have my issues fixed, instead of having to call the previous owners ten times. I am looking forward to seeing what they do next.

Since the new management took over, I have zero complaints! Cathy and Kailyn were very pleasant and helpful throughout the management switch and they have the nicest maintenance crew! They are prompt and professional and got the jobs done the first time. 10/10 would recommend Mod Villas to anyone in need of residency made easy!
