I been living in this apartment i rented out from them since 2019 (Westwood Apartments) I was overcharged when I moved out from things that they should be responsible for repairing. Foster Hayes made the decision to charge me over 3000 dollars for old carpet that gave me health issues that I had to be put on medication for electrical outlets not safe mold that coming back. Foster had only been in the office for only a couple months prior to me moving out. The Apartments were not even suitable to live in and wasn't even worth the rent I was paying. They will overcharged you and make you responsible for fixing things that are their responsibility DO NOT rent from them!!!!

Cathy was on top of things the moment we decided to work with each other. She worked quickly and efficiently to find me homes to tour and eventually find the home that my fiancé and I were looking for. She also had technical knowledge of what to look for in a home which was very much appreciated because it helped us see and better point out potential issues with some of the homes that we viewed before finding the one home we wanted. She worked extremely hard and advocates on your behalf. The best realtor and I hope, if I need to buy another home later down the road, that Cathy is available to help me again. Thank you Cathy!

We have been leasing from this company for 4 1/2 years, going back to when they were Magnolia Reality. Berkshire Hathaway acquired it 3 years ago, and it has been a great experience. Always immediate in response to maintenance request, professional, and courteous when dealing with us as tenants, and not invasive to our privacy. Of course we are good tenants who always pay our rent on time, and comply with lease terms, so I'm sure those go hand in hand as well. I would highly recommend Berkshire Hathaway as an option for responsible people who are looking for a great property management company to lease from.
