She was very attentive to my needs and my request and my questions, she’d gave me great advice, great responses and was very willing to help. Lastly, she was very knowledgeable. Thank you Julia. Manager (Julia) was very professional, has impeccable customer service and caring. Recommend complex to all! Property is so much cleaner than my last! Playground onsite & 24 hour maintenance is a plus!

Management does nothing about following the guidelines for equality it’s so unfair that favoritism and childish games are played half the time management is jus as crooked as the con artist drug dealer drug user. I would never recommend chaos to anyone. Without examples people tend to run over you losing respect only to influence others to be involved. and by the way LOUD LOUD LOUD MUSIC KIDS cursing at children I was overwhelmed so my husband and I are filing a report with housing authorities along with property management to do something fast we have had to many occasions dealing with harassment theft and no regard for another pers

I went to talk to management about wait list. First of all there is nobody to greet you. Then when I greeted the first one coming out, they looked me up and down and were very unprofessional. I thought to myself "Why do some people bother to work with the public at all". I blame mgmt. After waiting for them to make a copy of an application (not good), they proceeded to tell me that the waiting list was 6 YEARS. As a community leader, I would never live here or try to get someone else in there.

What is funny is that i live on Burgess DR behind these apartments in a house and tonight a rock hit my sliding glass door had to call the apartments to leave a message but yeah weve had pine cones, BB's,Rocks and glass in our back yard from these apartments and now there is damage to my home this is asking for a lawsuit.
