I’ve been living here for three months so I’ll periodically update this review. The apartments & the community are decent but not for the price. My main issue(s) with living here are the lack of amenities or access to them and sometimes the property upkeep considering the disgusting and random overflow of trash (I have pictures of multiple occasions of trash piled for days). I think someone Is dumping here or they’re desperate to fill these apartments and are letting anyone rent that doesn’t value the community the way some of us do. Also the “Utility” fees billed via a company called Conservice keep increasing every month with no explanation as to why!!! The trash and Sewer fee In particular. Flat fees for these Utilities would make more sense!!! So rather than paying what you expect or b

I just have to say Airica is an absolute wonderful person. I've been looking at apartments and so far it's been pretty disappointing, but my tour with Airica was just incredible. She was energetic, positive, and so knowledgeable. She showed me three units, and for each one, she matched what I told her I needed with no pressure or rushing.

The online portal for rent payments and maintenance requests is user-friendly. I'm so grateful to have found a company that makes renting a positive experience!
