The Perry Residences

I'm honestly not feeling the new management when I first got here it was amazing . Now with new management they just be adding on fees for no reason , they honestly don't care like the other managers did. How I'm paying 30 a month for valet trash and they come when they want to? If I knew there was gonna be new management I would've looked somewhere else. I honestly can't wait until my lease is over cause I won't be renewing.

I lived in the Perry for 2 years. I can only speak for when this property was under Woodward management, because they’ve recently switched companies. Keiarra and Yana were always kind and welcoming. They were amazing. It sucked to see them go! And even though I didn’t live under this new property management company long, their leasing specialists were also very helpful to me during my move-out and even helped me with an overflowed toilet after-hours (Laura & the maintenance man). I appreciated that VERY much! The pros: -Great amenities -No roaches or rats in the building or apartments -high ceilings -good service from the maintenance team and leasing specialists -the location is pretty quiet. I recently moved in and I must say this property is amazing. Very well maintained , peaceful environment and their amenities are exceptional. Laura was such a great help with the application process and also making my move in feel special. 10 stars!

Cannot say enough good things about the Perry. Just renewed my lease early because I love calling the Perry home. Keiarra and Jennifer are the best in property management!! Always available to help with anything you might need. I highly recommend considering the Perry to be your future home
