Kaydee was super nice and informing! Showed me a classic unit very spacious and nice and clean! Touring was easy and quick and I saw what I needed to apply. Super easy application and the little hiccup I had , Kaydee was right there to help

I’ve had a great experience living at Sterling Glen apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the amenities are a huge plus. My unit is spacious and comfortable, and maintenance is always quick to respond. Big thanks to Yesenia who made my move-in process so easy. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional—truly made me feel welcome. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment!

I was between bella apartments and this one ; but Ms Yesenia and her staff were very welcoming. She actually show the unit instead like other properties where they hand you the keys and walk it yourself. that was a the major plus for us to stay. thank you 😊

I choose to remain anonymous, as I don’t want any of this post to trace back to anyone in the apartment complex. But DO NOT live here. The water and the power is ALWAYS being turned off. Water would sometimes be off a whole day, leaving this whole complex and the kids with no ability to shower or wash hands. Then they have to go to SCHOOL - not sanitary at all! Then they always have construction happening. They will fix a water leak, and then not hire anyone to fix the street area for MONTHS. They front area where you drive through once had a hole there for a while. The only time they fixed it was when they were starting the process of selling this place off to a new owner. Oh yeah, they also switch owners every 1-2 years - so good luck with having any consistency. I am putting a photo

From day one, Yesenia made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Any time I had a maintenance request or concern, it was handled quickly and efficiently. She is proactive about keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained.
