Roaches. Flooding. Broken appliances, high electric Bill's. Not too bad community wise. Maintenance is ok and if u move here Don't come to the back. Roaches. When I moved in there was an old pickle jar in the dishwasher that wreaked. I only enjoyed my first month here. Beware of nasty neighbors too the roaches will hoard surrounding apartments. They fly and be in your refrigerator

Acceptable place. Some old appliances inside that broke at some point. Did not have problems with roaches or neighbours in 2 years. Electrical power price is high but the water is free. The pool in the backyard is small but ok. The tenis field was not in a playing condition. Quiet.

It’s bad. They will not fix any until u move out! And there’s roaches. Everytime it’s dark in u turn off the light. In the kitchen it will be roach piled up all the appliances are old broken and the windows are easy to break in.

I went there to clean apartment it only took 3 hours
