This rating only covers the sales process up to the signing of the contract. No walkthrough home inspections or closing / move-in has occurred yet. Our only contact with Stanley Martin Homes thus far has been with Senior Neighborhood Sales Manager Cara Robeson. She has just been outstanding. Personable, knowledgeable, detailed, constantly available even on her scheduled days off. Very customer service oriented. We look forward to going through the remainder of the home buying process, but Ms. Robeson has started the process on a very high note.

The Stanley Martin team was awesome from start to finish. From Laura giving me a tour of model home and being knowledgeable about each home offered and which would probably fit best for me, to Anastasia (one of their preferred lenders) walking me through such a complex process but having the patience to answering all my questions. Laura also took her time during our virtual meeting going over documents and being well versed in the policy and procedures for everything that needed to happen moving forward.

We had a truly exceptional experience with Barbara and Cara Robeson at Stanley Martin Homes in Timberline Meadow. One evening around 6:30 PM, we dropped by just to check things out. Barbara had already finished for the day and was actually heading out when we spotted her in her car wearing a Stanley Martin shirt. We asked if she worked there—and even though she was on her way home, she didn’t hesitate. She stayed back an entire hour just to show us homes and answer questions. That kind of dedication and kindness really stood out to us. Cara Robeson was equally amazing—very attentive, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. She never hesitated to show us homes or walk us through details, no matter how many questions we had. She was thorough and made us feel supported through

Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, if it was necessary to reach out there was always a response well before 24 hours. I was supposed to go to closing on August 3rd.That did not happen,reason being the house was not ready. When I say the house was a hot mess it literally was a hot mess. I'm dealing with uneven baseboards, I have a floating floor that has a bubble that has bubbles in it and they're telling me that the bubbles are supposed to be in the floating floor. I have water retaining around my house.I also have all types of Nicks and chips all around the house from contractors not being careful when they're bringing in the material to put inside the house.And no one from Stanley Morgan has reached out to me to find out why I didn't go to close If someone would be so kind as to why this didn't happen
