Maintenance can do a better job worth the two properties. You cannot charge tenants for service that you should be completing as a work order.
Very decent place to stay, clean, quite. Maintenance can definitely use some improvements.
I've only met a guy there for the pick up something from let-go but the parking lot is nice and the buildings look pretty nice
