The best thing within my stay there was incredible support from the office team, in particular, from Ekaterina. Every request was addressed promptly and efficiently. It is greatly appreciated. Another benefit is that the furnished apartment comes with all kinds of utensils, towels and bedding. I also liked the way I got my security deposit back literally as soon as I moved out. Although the building is not a new one, it is being kept clean and neat. Good neighbourhood and Tokany Creek Park close by are also benefiting.

I highly recommend Chelbourne Plaza. The apartments are nice and large, and the building is maintained very well. Maintenance requests are filled promptly. Management office staff are very friendly. Nice neighbors. Sunny apartments, all with balconies.Only pay for electricity, all else is covered in the rent. Swimming pool open Memorial Day - Labor Day. Social room available, and group social activities are planned (movie nights, game nights). Very nice place. And I got my security deposit refunded 3 days after I moved out!

Hi I stayed in this property for 18 nights and it was the worst 18 nights of my life. Mice was coming in to the kitchen twice that I seen since I stayed there he scammed me out of my deposit and then tried blackmailing me to put a positive review on his website. please stay away from this property. Me and my wife and kid had to move out because of the mice plus there was people smoking weed in hallways and very, very bad communication with Land Lord I gave him 2000 deposit he gave me $1500 deposit back And scammed me out of $500 keep well away Gill was the name of the land lord Scammer ❌❌❌

It's a shame there's no zero rating. There's just no words. I lived here for 4 months or more. I regret living here and wasting my time. The landlord is a terrible person. Managers and employees are good people. It's just a problem with the landlord. I'm collecting some documents and I'm going to sue him. Those who are planning to move in, just avoid it, it's horrible.
