Rolling Hill Apartments

Susan and Kim are amazing. Grounds are clean. Any problems I've have were fixed right away. Sam fixes everything and does a great job and he's so nice. Love my new place. The people are nice also!

Kim and Susan were both professional and helpful throughout our application process. We truly appreciated the time they took to correspond with us and even approve us. Although we ultimately did not move forward with living at the complex—through no fault of the property itself— if we could go back in time, we would have proceeded. The surrounding area appears safe, and public transportation is conveniently located nearby. Based solely on our experience with Kim and Susan, we would recommend this complex to others. We look forward to the possibility of residing here in the future.

My wife and I could not be happier at Rolling Hill Apartments. The building and grounds are very well maintained; office and maintenance staff are competent, thoughtful, and quick to respond to any issues; the location is very quiet, yet close to the city and the interstate; and the apartment and our neighbors are great! Having lived in several PA communities over the last five years, I can confidently say that Rolling Hill is our hands down favorite.

My experience living at Rolling Hill Apartments has been great! Management and maintenance staff are very responsive and the grounds and building are well kept. The location is convenient to shopping and public transportation if your car needs repair. I give it 5 stars!

Ashley always lets us know when general service is to be done ... the staff ALWAYS does it right on time ... and, does it right!! The crew, Jeff and Erik and Bill are just super ... as is all the help to us. This is a very-well run and managed apartment; I've lived here over a decade: love it :)
