I have lived here for over a year and it’s a really nice complex. The landlords and management are quick to make repairs and the rent is way more than affordable you can’t beat it ! The only thing that I would improve is updating things like the cabinetry and fixtures and adding washer / dryer hook ups in the units but not a big deal at all for the price as their is laundry room on site. They are good at screening tenants because I have had no bad neighbors and everyone is hard working clean people. Really a great place to live

Property is spacious and well maintained. Staff are so nice and always available. Maintenance does a great job at completing work orders in a timely manner. These townhomes are a great size. Safe and clean place to live!!!

I’ve lived here almost 22 years. I've never had problems and always feel safe. The rent did go up, but it's still reasonable with what you get. The on-site manager and assistant manager are great. My only complaint is that my apartment needs updating
