Bear Creek Park & Creekside Apartments

Lived there for a little over 3 years! No complaints. Loved it there. The managers Jessica & Alicia were amazing! Very professional and friendly, they always heard us out on any issues and resolved them as quickly as possible. Quiet area and safe.

The stars are for managers, Jessica and Alicia who are literally always available and always try to solve tenants problems as quick as they can. The minus is for the upstairs unit itself. Terrible flooring, not even level, cheap material, poorly laid. A guest tore a toenail THROUGH HER SOCK on loose linoleum ! The floor plan seemed nice at first and the automatic gas fireplace seemed a bonus but who needs a fireplace in Merced ? And it’s situated in the WORST spot. We never could situate a sofa and tv to make a satisfactory living room (with modest-sized furniture) The bedrooms are also wonky with closets and windows in odd spots and not enough outlets. I lost count of all the extension cords and power bars we had! Poor ventilation, poor natural lighting. This unit must be badly insulate

These apartments are well taking care of the managers Jessica and Alicia are very professional and quick to fix something if needed. Very quiet no weird stuff gated community a perfect place to have your children if your looking for a apartment these are the best one's in Merced to raise your kids . I was actually sad to move from here but I ended up getting something bigger if it wasn't for that I would still be here. Thank you guys for a wonderful year.

I lived there for almost three years, in a downstairs one bedroom, beautiful apartment which came with a fire place and a washer and dryer. Alicia and Jessica are awesome at their jobs. the grounds are always clean and they host holiday events for everyone to come and enjoy. It’s a gated apartment which has cameras and security. Their maintenance staff are pretty quick to fix issues. Overall this is probably the best apartment I’ve lived in gives you a really homey feeling.

I have lived here for 5 years. The manager and her staff are amazing, they go above and beyond their duties for sure! It’s a very safe, clean and friendly environment. We love it so much that my daughter and son in law also have an apartment here. You won’t be dissappointed...love having a washer and dryer in the unit, paid cable and Internet and areas for children and families to enjoy as well.
