The Hub Merced

I had a good virtual tour or the new student housing community here at The Hub! The entire complex has a great modern feel, and the best part is they are fully furnished!! which makes it 10x easier and less stressful for us college kids. Property manager was informative, and really took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Super welcoming! on-site boba shop too!!!!

I recently toured The Hub, and I was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. Nicole gave me the tour, and she made it so fun and enjoyable from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, very modern, and thoughtfully designed. I also love that there will be retail spaces on the first floor. The idea of having convenient shops right downstairs is exciting, especially knowing that a boba shop is coming! Overall, The Hub left a great impression on me, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the community grow.

I recently toured this student housing complex in Merced and had a great experience! Nicole, the property manager, was very nice and incredibly informative throughout the tour. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a clear idea of what living here would be like. Although my fiancé and I are looking for something a bit bigger for ourselves, I can definitely see this being an amazing place for students in the community, the amenities, layout, and overall environment are perfect for student living. Highly recommend checking it out and asking for Nicole when you visit!

As a recent UC Merced graduate who lived in Merced throughout my entire college journey, I can honestly say that The Hub Merced is going to be a fantastic addition to the community. During my visit, Nicole, the Property Manager, was incredibly informative and welcoming. Overall, I’m excited to see this development open and become a positive part of the town’s continued growth.
