I been living here for 9 years all the bad reviews YALL don’t know how to take care of yall apt there’s alot of parking space park is clean and everything

Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews, I have been living here since 2010. This place is better than I expected, my family feels safe here, the office and maintenance staff are awesome.

I have lived here for 7.5 years, and it's not bad. The new maintenance staff is getting better with response times. My rent only increased twice before I transferred to a bigger apt in November. I only had an issue with a manager once a few yrs ago, but he wasn't there long. My only complaint right now is 1 of my neighbors are very loud and they have no regard for anyone else when playing music. It has been brought to their attention. 1 of my downstairs neighbors just let their dogs roam inside the hall unsupervised until they started whining. I'll be probably be here until I buy a house. I've never had a roach problem & only had ants once in my old unit maybe year 3 & they had an exterminator out fast. UPDATE April 2023: I've now been in this complex almost 11.5 yrs. This is a horrible place to live. Mold is coming through my ceiling. My carpet has never been cleaned. My appliances are old. The closet doors do not move very easily. There is not enough parking for all of the tenants. They only have handicapped spaces in the front of the complex My air conditioner is broken and they refuse to repair it because they said it's not the season but since I live on a second floor apartment I have heat coming from the bottom since heat rises. I also feel heat coming from the top apartment. My bathtub is peeling and not easy to clean. I am probably going to have to take them to court because I have health problems and they know and still won't fix the air. They claim to have a waiting list. DO NOT MOVE HERE
