Williamsburg North Apartments

Been a resident of this place for over a year now with my two roommates. While defiantly not perfect, it's just fine. The maintenance team is very communicative and let us know on updates if things take a while. Our AC unit went out, and they provided us with a portable one and gave us constant updates on scheduling and part order, as well as appointment dates. They are very understanding that we have a door reactive dog and are willing to work with us. The price point is very good for the space we have, and we are actually considering upgrading to a larger apartment in the spring.

The team at Williamsburg North is great! Amy & Hannah have been great to work with during the leasing process - very friendly! They continue to be responsive to any issues or concerns that might arise, which isn't often. They do a good job communicating any planned maintenance with my unit. The maintenance team is great, too. They are all friendly and always wave and say hello. I am very happy with my apartment. They did a great job updating the inside to make it look BRAND NEW and modern. I really like the grounds of Williamsburg North. Lots of nature, mature trees, and trails/sidewalks to enjoy nice days. I assume many of the negative old reviews here are due to previous company that owned the apartments. For the price point, what you get is very fair and I found it impossible to find a reasonable spot in Indy for that price range. If I had to complain, I’d say the kitchen feels very old and the cabinets need to be updated too but it wasn’t a big deal to me. If I weren’t moving out of state, I would definitely look to renew here. Hannah at the office is excellent. From the moment I came to tour the complex, to the moment I told them I was moving out, they have been extremely helpful and communicative. I have lived here for almost 3 years. Havent had any issues: Amy the Property manager has really improved this place. She is very sweet, welcoming, and always making sure your happy with your home. She always returns calls, answers request, checks on people here. Just nice to have a person in office that cares. I can tell ahe is trying to turn this place around to what it was when I first moved in. Amy is the best. Hannah the leasing agent is just as sweet as her. Glad to have a great office staff.

I LOVE it here!! From the moment I moved in, Amy and Hannah have been welcoming, professional, and quick to help with anything I’ve needed. Hannah is very transparent and honest about the fees up front so you’re not “sticker” shocked upon move in. The community is always clean and well-maintained — you can really tell they care about the property and the residents. I’ve been told they just acquired the property and have done a lot of improvements and said there are more to come in near time! The apartments themselves are beautiful and modern, with great layouts and plenty of space. We were offered a non-renovated but chose the renovated and it’s amazing!
