Williamsburg Apartments

Have had great experiences with both management and with maintenance and could not be happier to live in this complex. Have been here for about three years and just upgraded to a two-bedroom what was beautifully renovated for us before our move. To say I am happy is an understatement. Love the location, price, and look of these apartments. Have had no issues regarding “pests” or lack of communication amongst the staff here.

Looked at a one bedroom, was told it was available, applied and paid their fee and that same day was told the apartment was already leased, but wow they have several more expensive apartments available. Scummy advertising tactics, would not trust.

Where do I start? First of all signing the lease agreement it says that mold is an issue. I moved in here and they had so many holes in the walls already. No doors attached in the hallway to cover the storage areas, and the bathroom ventilation did not work. I had no blinds and were promised those for weeks and then I gave up. I’ve asked the lease lady and the maintenance crew over 7 times to give me ventilation in my bathroom and guess who has mold growing on the ceiling? Me. My daughter and I have been sick for the entire time we have been here. I never get an answer from anyone about anything. On top of all of this, the electric and gas here is ridiculous. I’ve never paid so much in my life on utilities. Let’s not for get the ONE washer and dryer for 11 units in the building. With the b

This apartment is not even worth a star. The staff was very rude. She don’t even have basic sense of how to behave with a customer. A staff named Kerley from Andover management was very rude. I advise please don’t got to this apartment.

I applied here because they advertise that they have availability RIGHT NOW. SO I spent my time and money to submit and application, just to be told that there isn't anything available for over two months. WELL that does me no good. I would not have wasted my time and money on application if they advertise that there won't be anything available for over two months from now.
