The perfect place to live in Grand Haven! These apartments are beautiful, pet-friendly, and feel like home from day one. But what really makes this place stand out is the amazing staff. Hunter and Lexi are total rockstars—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole moving process way easier and way less stressful than I ever expected. Can’t recommend this place enough!

While these are decent as far as apartments go, there have been several issues and downsides to living here that outweigh the good. Ultimately, I think the place is decent, but not great by any means. The good: - Apartment finishes (countertops, lighting, etc.) are nice with high ceilings. - There are frequent events for residents. - The dog park is nice if you own a dog. - For the most part, the people here are great. I’ve only had one run-in with a troublemaker that lived here, and he was out shortly after that. The bad: - When moving in, there were many issues with the condition of the apartment. Admittedly we didn't ask for these things to be fixed (they were noted on the move in checklist), but it was a surprise to move into a newish apartment with these issues. The dishwasher was f

Piper Lakes is amazing!!! The leasing staff are kind and very approachable. They truly care. The maintenance staff are incredible and so fast to respond to needs. This apartment complex offers a wide range of amenities and is very close to beautiful Lake MI and Downtown Grand Haven. I have nothing but good things to say about Piper Lakes! 😊

I love Piper Lakes Apartments! The office staff Hunter and Lexie have been amazing and maintenance 🧑‍🔧 has been super amazing and helpful as well!! I also love the clubhouse, the hot-tub and the pool! 🥰 and I love that I can have my cats with me here!

Bill with maintenance is awesome! Came out in the middle of the night during bad winter weather to help fix a problem I had with my garage.
